The Main Investigator
Tabaran Alexandru-Flaviu, DVM, has a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and is a board-certified specialist in Veterinary Pathology (ACVP). Currently, he is a lecturer in pathology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, USAMV Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and a key researcher in several research projects. He accomplished a postdoctoral training in comparative pathology at the University of Minnesota and holds several national and international awards for research. His expertise is focused on experimental and comparative pathology, toxicologic pathology and nanomaterial science, including their usage in anti-infectious therapy.
